Public Grievances
The Centralized Public Grievance Redress And Monitoring System (CPGRAMS) is an online web-enabled system over NICNET developed by NIC in association with the Department of Administrative Reforms and Public Grievances with an objective of speedy redress and effective monitoring of grievances by Ministries/Departments/Organizations of Government of India. A few number of public grievances received from PMO and online portal directly in the Commission have been addressed by the Public Grievance Officer of the Commission.
